  Went here and got boneless wings and found little hairs in them that looked like they came off someone’s sweater or some kind of rag. I feel grossed out and like I can’t even eat them.. I tried to check a couple of different ones and they all had some on them.

  I'm a 40-year Buffalo Wild Wings patron. Not 40 years old, I've been eating there for 40 years. This location is lacking. They won't accept b o g o Tuesday orders-- sometimes they accept no Tuesday orders at all through the app, and they won't accept reward redemption food orders. Customers shouldn't have to drive 30 minutes to patronize another location to redeem benefits awarded. Dissatisfaction with a business enough for me to post a review over the last three or four decades, this would be maybe the fourth. All BWs, in different states. Those other locations usually just forget items; this location doesn't want your money. Guess it doesn't pay for them to give away chicken they'd rather keep for themselves, maybe. I don't know...Go Bucks!

  My wife and I went in today (9/26) for the first time to place an order about 4:30pm. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. The only acknowledgement we received was "be there in a sec". That "sec" turned into another 10 minutes with still no service. Only one worker could be seen and she was clearly frustrated because she was just tossing food around and banging things. That was our cue to just leave and go somewhere else which we did. Wanted to give the place a try but we're not going to stand around for 25 minutes just to place an order. Don't think we will be going back.

  Ordered a 10 piece boneless with garlic Parmesan sauce. Only one was the size of what I would've expected. The other was a pile of pieces of chicken, mostly breading the size of my thumb overdone and covered in this garlic Parmesan sauce Dumped on half of the so-called chicken.To say the least we were very disappointed:
