  Went in to the Ormand Beach restaurant for two salads on a Saturday night. They had no salads at all. No signs up at all after you wait in line! Very poor service!

  I want to start this review by saying we love this chick fil a and come here at least twice a week for lunch. The service during lunch is always fast, and the food is fresh, and the customer service is impeccable. We recently decided to break from our routine and go for dinner. BIG MISTAKE. We ordered our usual, a chicken sandwich, small fry and chicken cool wrap. We get home to see the cool wrap has no chicken in it, just another wrap stuffed inside with lettuce. No problem, mistakes happen, training new people is hard. We called back to let them know what happened, and the phone was passed to three different people, and had to explain three different times, once again, no problem. One girl that we were passed to was incredibly rude and said “That’s impossible”. Horrible customer service. But the worst of them all was Amy. She kept repeatedly asking us to drive back with the wrap so she could see it ( we got chick fil a as we were heading on the road and weren't going to turn around with our wrap just to be treated like humans). No respect, no empathy, no customer service skills. Judging by the other comments on here, i think it’s safe to say that their lack of accountability and dismissiveness towards loyal customers is going to run this location into the ground. We are signature members, and always loved coming here, but we will steer clear of this location from now on and will be sure to tell all of our coworkers and friends to do the same.

  Chick-fil-A is always very good...the quality is far above other fast food brands. This Chick-fil-A has tremendous customer service. Quick and efficient.

  Great atmosphere and the dining as well as the bathroom were clean. I placed a mobile dine in and got it fairly quick even with how busy it was in both the dining and drive through. Alex was great in the dining room, attending to customers with a kind smile. Having worked at Chick-fil-A in the past, I know how difficult it can be to get orders out fast and accurately when it’s this busy and they did great.

  My husband did a drive thru at 4:30 today (03/12/26). The operator was James Wood and the cashier was Madison. Someone dropped the ball and gave us the wrong salad dressing. We asked for the Avocado Dressing (noted on receipt). We received Garden Herb Ranch. Personally, it's the dressing that makes my salad. If I had wanted Garden Herb Ranch that's what I would have requested.
