  Check your bags before leaving! Absolutely unacceptable. We were told to pull up and wait, sat there for 10 minutes, and still left with a completely wrong and incomplete order. An entire meal was missing. We paid for 5 sauces and got ONE. Ordered a regular chicken sandwich and received spicy instead, and another sandwich was replaced with a cold, stale junior bacon burger with rock-hard bread. This is beyond careless it’s flat-out incompetence. The food quality was terrible, the order accuracy was nonexistent, and the service was a complete waste of time and money. This place needs to be shut down!

  I wish I would of taken pics of our food, we'll be back to do that. But there's absolutely NO wendys in the state that had had food this fresh like here today. I cross this wendys everyday but never taken the tome to get food here until today. So glad we did. Burger and sandwiches all came out fresh, picture perfect and fries were golden and fresh, literally like a commercial. Haven't seen that around at all. Saw thks place had only like 2.8 stars, we were like no way, how? Not sure if it was just the team working right now. But wow guys great job! Hopefully it's like this regularly now. This was actually really good.

  I am a loyal Wendy’s customer, and today I ordered chicken tenders with fries, along with a hamburger and nuggets. Unfortunately, the fries and chicken were quite dark and had a slightly bitter taste, which made me think the frying oil may have been very overused and burned. I truly enjoy Wendy’s food and normally love the freshness and flavor, so I just wanted to kindly share this feedback. Thank you for your attention and commitment to quality.

  The General Manager keith was rude and came at me racial profiling me as if I didnt belong in this areas. My order was incorrect due to the al translator. So I can to the store with respect and kind asking for a manager. Keith gave me the worst customer service ever I don’t know if he was having a bad day or wha. But I felt so torned inside and that’s unacceptable definitely doesn’t recommend any one to visit this store. It’s the way you do Things and that’s was not polite at all. This store needs a cleaned up and better customer service

  Terrible experiences many times. Ive gon many times, and those many times they have forgotten something, been rude, or just haven't put full effort in. Today I've had the LAST straw they forgot my chicken nugget out of the 4 I PAYED for. This is not the first time and you will not be receiving my money at this location anymore. The nuggets were dry and burnt anyways. The burgers so oily I feel pimples in my mouth. Fry's cold and bland hardly any salt, the only salt I taste is how salty I am about not receiving my chicken nugget!
