  This is a poor excuse for a wrap. It was cold and all the ingredients where badly put together (ie the chicken on one end and the rest on the other). No wonder this Wendy’s was empty at 12 noon when others like CFilA are packed!!! Get your act together Wendys!

  Lady in blonde hair rude and absolutely terrible. We asked for sauce and she didn’t want to give me more than one packet. She wasn’t helping at all. Then she was yelling in Spanish to the guys in the back that she hates people who ask for sauce and she is doing her job by not giving any and the guys in the back disrespectful. I had asked for no salt on fries on computer and the lady told me there was no salt when I tried it there was salt. When I asked her why she gave me salt on my fries she rolled her eyes. And after that she spilled my fries all over the tray. Funny story is that I speak Spanish and I am very fluent. These people shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. The manager just stood there like a statue and did nothing about it. What kind of service is this?

  Terrible! Never going back and neither should you! They dont understand English and they destroyed my order, my chicken wrap was falling out and the wrap was torn and there was so much cheese when I specifically said no cheese. Their staff needs improvement majorly!!

  I ordered a Dave's double combo and did not get the any burger. When I tried to call (3 times), nobody answered. They have no customer service and are very dismissive.

  We decided to try and get a taste of Wendy's breakfast because they plan to open another new one on Narcoosee and Cyrils. I'm so disappointed. We arrived early thinking it would be busy, but it wasnt. Wendy's breakfast menu is so terrible. You have to place your order on the tablets near the entrance and all the tablets were filthy - very noticeable in the morning light. The tables were also dirty so I used my own sanitizing wipes and cleaned our table. The breakfast burritos were barely edible and barely warm. The ketchup dispensers were completely empty. The only thing decent thing was the coffee but they didn't offer cream or sugar. When they build that new Wendy's at Cyrils, we will not supporting this chain.
