    Mobile ordered at 10:40 went thru drive thru, told me to wait near double doors sure no worries … 10 minutes later I receive order thinking whatever stuff happens. Come home the smallest wrap ever made, lettuce is missing and fries all hard stuck together.

    Hi if I could rate this a zero I would. I went into get a fry and there was a white family in front of me and Adriana took their order and disappeared. She can close to the counter and I asked if she was coming to take my order and she said no because the were busy and I had to use the kiosk. I find this funny because as I mentioned in the previous paragraph a white family of 3 were in front of me and she had no problem taking their order. It’s 2026, people should not treat anyone any different. I was the only black person in the restaurant and I was completely ignored. You need to do better before your location is flagged for being racist.I would love to discuss this with whoever would love to call me. Celeste Foster

    They used a dumb robot system to make orders and when we tried to place orders with real people some person let someone else talk for her and the person in the back quietly said "they're gonna have to circle back"

    Call to complaint about food, ask to speak to a manager. The girl on the phone said she was but she continued to argue with me. She than put the GM on the phone. Well, that’s what he said he was. But I see where the attitude comes from with the employee because the GM was very rude disrespectful. I see why they have so many One stars lately. If Wendy’s cares about their Image, they would looking into this location. This location is a bad reputation of Wendy’s brand. Customers check your food before pulling off. Shame on the GM for letting employees sale customers cold old food, someone’s going to get real sick. I will be contacting the health department with my concerns about this location!”

    Be careful ordering from the kiosk here. If it does not go to the kitchen properly you'll have the manager tell you "it won't go through on your card" which I knew was a lie at the time. Then he'll act hostile towards you (blue polo shirt guy) and then you'll see the charge post to your card and still not have any food to show for it. There are better Wendy's not too far away.
