  I had an amazing experience. From the moment I saw my favorite manager. I know my expectations were going to be met. He went above and beyond and always has a smile on his face. Super friendly and kind to me and my family. Only issue I have is the ai machine. I am Puerto Rican. With a thick accent and the machine does not comprehend what I am saying as I speak to it. Ends up picking items on the menu that I never selected. I just wish if Wendy’s went back to having the employee take the orders for the customer. I miss having a face to face conversation and interaction. Plus I never felt rushed to take an order til ai was implemented. But overall I chose this Wendy’s location over the Obt and gore location. Always get treated horribly there. While here I get exceptional treatment from the whole Wendy’s team. Please don’t change your customer service because that’s what keeps me as a regular. 🤓🍔🍔

  Diese Filiale hat leider schwer nachgelassen, das Essen war kalt und ich musste sehr lange darauf warten, obwohl nur ich und ein weiterer Gast im Restaurant waren. Seit über 15 Jahren besuchte ich dieses Restaurant, doch nun muss ich mir ein anderes Restaurant suchen. Wirklich schade.

  This store will only hand out one sauce without charge even for a 6 piece. Im not sure when this changed but bin this area, its the only location that does this. Typically, I dont make a big deal or write reviews but, this is 2nd time in 3 weeks I've had a negative experience here. Ian of 3.5 years at this location, was unable to let me know when this change occurred.
