  The young man at the cashier, named Zarec, really does a great job explaining the things that they have in the menu, he is also very patient about adjusting your order, and he has a very positive and great vibe attitude. I hope he is recognized for his exemplary behavior and work ethic. I was putting an order with my young daughters and he really set an excellent how a job should be done.

  Terrible. The payment machine was set up so that it made you tip. If you didn't want to, it was several clicks to opt out. The lady was walking everyone through tipping. She walked away and I did not tip. She came back and said loudly, you put zero? I'm normally a big tipper but I was irritated about being almost forced to tip at Wendy's. Then when I saw my credit card statement of mysteriously paid $4 extra for my order

  Asking for tips at Wendy’s …really …then when you don’t tip the whole staff stares at you as the make your food and then watches as you eat it as if they did something to it!…didn’t ever eat my food because of how uncomfortable they made me feel…

  One of the laziest employees ever works here I'm in line at the register and then I'm pointed to the kiosk and I'm not using a credit card if I could give a negative rating I would for that experience
