Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. I get that it’s Wendy’s, I’m not expecting fine dining—but basic accuracy and decent service shouldn’t be too much to ask.
Order was wrong, food was cold, and it looked like it had been sitting there way longer than it should have. Fries were stale, burger was sloppy, and everything just felt rushed and careless.
What really made it worse was the attitude. Nobody seemed to care, like it was just another day of getting orders wrong and moving on. No urgency, no accountability, nothing.
I’ve been to plenty of Wendy’s locations that are solid, but this one? Not it. If you’re hungry, honestly save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

My rating was a 4 everything was good food but my niece and son ask for the bathroom and I am guessing it was the manager she told my niece u need to make a purchase baby for me to give you the key. The bathroom is not even clean for them to be really control of the bathroom.

One of the most shockingly unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.
I went through the drive-thru with my 15-year-old daughter and waited over 15 minutes with only one car ahead of me. I ordered a simple cheeseburger combo. When I received my food, the burger was made incorrectly with shredded cheese instead of the standard slice.
Mistakes happen, so I called the store just to ask about it. What happened next was unbelievable.
The employee who answered the phone responded by saying “we put your mother on there” and immediately hung up on me. I was sitting in the car with my teenage daughter and we both looked at each other in shock.
Thinking maybe I misunderstood, I called back and asked to speak to a manager and asked if that is really what was just said to me. Instead of addressing the situation, the same employee again said “your mother” and hung up on me a second time.
This isn’t just poor customer service- this is blatantly disrespectful and incredibly immature behavior from someone representing a national brand.
The food mistake wasn’t the issue. The way the situation was handled is the problem. If this is the level of professionalism being allowed at this location, management clearly needs to take a serious look at who they have answering their phones and interacting with customers.
I will be reporting this directly to corporate. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, especially when they are simply asking about an order.

Watched an old woman fall in the parking lot, hurt her knee. She struggled inside tried get ice and use the restroom was told “no paying customers only buy something or get out”. No offer to help no assistance offered….. just BS. I won’t even get into his dirty the place was.
