  Have historically really enjoyed Tropical Smoothie, it’s great to now have one in my neighborhood in SoDo. Store is clean, staff friendly, and the food and smoothies are excellent. Great location and hope it sticks around a long time.

  Placed an order here and realized it was wrong location , spoke to someone on the phone that said they can only refund if I come in store I get to store and they said they can’t remake it or refund me. Would never come to this location agon

  Great management and Awsome Grand Opening! The acai was Great and the southwest wrap was made 👌.

  False advertised I felt discriminated and the employee alexia was being too stubborn and couldn’t call the manager about the “free smoothie when you join tropic rewards and buy something” this is insane.

  Absolutely terrible service, they false advertise a free smoothie when you join the rewards program. After purchasing something and scanning for the rewards, I was then told i needed to make a second purchase before receiving my reward. The employee said this only applies to me, other customers received their reward after only one purchase. The employee was named alexia, she refused to let me speak to the manager.
