I did ask for extra cups for my kids, and they gave me two smaller cups, which I appreciated. Overall, great service and good vibes — I’ll definitely be back!

As soon as I walked in, the employee behind the counter just looked at me with her arms folded and then looked down—no greeting, no smile, nothing. She seemed unhappy to be there, which immediately made the environment feel unwelcoming. On top of that, there was a very strong cleaning chemical smell throughout the space. Instead of smelling fresh smoothies or food, the odor was overwhelming and honestly off-putting. I ended up walking out right away. Customer service and atmosphere matter, and this experience did not make me feel comfortable spending my money there.

I let them know they’re hours state 8pm & my order should’ve been ready at 7:44pm. They didn’t care, they wouldn’t make the order and they played dumb. I will never come back here, your staff is incompetent and rude.
