  Unfortunately, it took them an hour and a half to inform us that they had an issue with our order. This ruined the entire experience. The service staff handled the situation very poorly, and even though the manager eventually appeared and let us go without paying a couple of drinks (two), the time it took to inform us was excessive. After that waiting time, it would be preferable to hear from her not a lady from the kitchen. Not recommended based on this.

  Excellent service atmosphere kind of old or retro looking interior which is not a big fan as my personal opinion. But I appreciate the simplicity of the menu. Our server is very attentive and freindly plus food arrived so quickly and I ordered the signature breakfast Al Forno Eggs and Steak and Eggs tasted like a homemade 😋

  Fuimos para desayunos y ha sido una experiencia súper súper bien!!! La atención buena muy amables y la comida espectacular y sobretodo abundante, si queréis ir a desayunar/comer este es una buena opción! Lo recomiendo.

  I can’t understand all the chicken parm recommendations. One of the worst I’ve ever had. They just cost a chicken breast in breadcrumbs and put in the oven for 25 minutes. Result is a dry and chewy chicken breast with soggy breadcrumbs on top. Instead of a good Italian place that would hammer a chicken breast out thin and then fry each side. Resulting in a crispy and juicy chicken breast, with crunchy breading. Lasagna isn’t bad. I’d stick to the pizzas. For what you’re paying, it’s the best value. If you’re looking for a good meal in boardwalk area; look at the Mediterranean or Italian restaurants in the Swan and dolphin reserve or Ale & compass at yacht club.

  Trattoria Al Forno is a lovely Italian restaurant located on Disney's Boardwalk. This visit was made at breakfast while traveling with my parents. I wanted to give them an experience outside of a fast-food breakfast spot. I used the My Disney Experience app to make a reservation which secured us a table. I'm glad I did because it was a race weekend at Disney World and upon our arrival, there was a long line of people waiting for a table. The atmosphere of the restaurant is old-world Italian. There are photos from Italy and lovely pieces of dining ware on display. The lighting is soft, the tables are cozy, and the instant feeling of being able to relax is a welcome change to the pace of being so close to theme parks. The service is outstanding. Our server was Kathy from the Dominican Republic. She took excellent care of our party and gave specific (and fun) attention to my Mama who requested the fanciest hot chocolate ever. The food was delicious. The breakfast menu provides "safe" options for people who know what they like while also giving some more unusual dishes. I would highly recommend visiting Trattoria al Forno when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort.
