  What a mess, Money doesnt matter but these people cant handle a large party.. delivered apps late forgot a drink spoke to manager nothing offered asked why the extra charges they didnt know.. paid but wow TRASHHHHH… terrible management terrible service. DO BETTER

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent visit to Topgolf. This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative. We unknowingly brought a drink from outside, and when a staff member approached us, I immediately apologized and offered to dispose of it, as we were not aware of the policy. The staff member took the drink and threw it away. However, she later returned, identified herself as the manager, and told us that we had to leave. We respectfully explained that it was our first time and that we had already corrected the mistake, but she insisted that we leave the premises. While I fully understand and respect company policies, I found the way this situation was handled to be unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. We were cooperative, respectful, and willing to comply immediately, yet we were still removed. This experience made us feel unwelcome and poorly treated as first-time guests. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve how situations like this are handled in the future.

  I usually have a great time here but it was terrible. I took my husband here for his birthday and waited the expected time of an hour to play. However, while waiting we order appetizers and entrees. A whole hour go by and then we are able to play. After 30 mins of play, we still didnt get our food despite giving our card to close out our food tab. We speak to a manager where we finally get our food but when it comes out it is both burned and cold. We still ended up having to pay $73 for only 30 mins of play since we it was cut in half trying to eat. The food was not edible at all.

  Had a nice time until the end (my server was great, she's the only reason Service is getting 2 stars). My Play More membership had an error where the free hour wasn't applied to my visit. When I asked the front desk, they said it would be applied. Server confirmed it had my membership listed. When it didn't show up on my bill (but the free appetizer did) and I asked for it to be corrected, some rude manager told me that he wasn't going to honor it because it wouldn't take the free hour off of my app, and then if I wanted I could go get another free hour. I had 5 days left before my subscription would get charged again and I've spent thousands of dollars with my friends here - why would I try to screw over a place I frequent? And does this guy have any idea how rude it is to imply to a customer that we're basically going to steal from him if he honors what I've paid for? All over what amounts to $40-$60, which means a lot more to me than it does them. Instead of pushing it further as we rightfully should have, we paid and left. I've emailed corporate and given them a poor survey. I've canceled my membership and I'm not coming back here again either with friends or coworkers, I'll just go to a normal driving range for 1/10th of the price. I hope the manager gets treated like that the next time he goes out with friends so he knows how it feels.

  We went on a Saturday night for the last hour 12am to 1am and I thought it would be full of young rambunctious 20 year olds but I was wrong. It was a controlled environment where all ages can have fun even at midnight on a Saturday. We paid online 45 minutes prior to arrival $40 for a group of 5 to play that's better than mini golf. Our table was ready upon arrival had a couple drinks left from the previous party but within a minute our server came, apologized and cleaned it right up. Most of our money went towards food and drinks, and their cocktails are delicious 😋 so if you drink that's where your money will go. You must try their Mexican Candy shot so good has a sweet and sour taste with a bit of a spicy kick that creates a party in your mouth. Try it out as a group because you'll want to share your experience with one another 😉 it's that good. Last call is at 12:30 which we weren't prepared for but it made sense. Our server was very enthusiastic even after a long day which is appreciated 👏 We will definitely be returning to Top Golf Orlando but a little earlier so we can get more than one round in ⛳️
