  I went here with a large group to celebrate a birthday, and what should have been a fun night turned into a nightmare. About 10 minutes after eating, I started feeling nauseous and ended up leaving early. I was violently sick the entire night and into the next day. After talking to others in our group, I found out several of them were also sick after eating here. I called on Palm Sunday to inform them, hoping they would take this seriously. Instead, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful customer service. The manager asked how I wanted to proceed, and when I suggested a partial refund, he said it was “out of his scope.” When I asked what he could do, he responded by implying he didn’t know what we had done prior to coming to his restaurant — essentially suggesting this wasn’t their fault. That response was not only unprofessional but insulting. I made it clear I had been sick since eating their food, and instead of taking accountability, he deflected and minimized the situation. It’s extremely disappointing that a place with such high recommendations has such poor customer service standards when it actually matters. There are plenty of other restaurants that serve better food and treat their customers with respect — I strongly suggest going elsewhere

  Shout out to Karina for her wonderful service and banter during our Sunday night dinner last week. Before we braved the theme parks we wanted to indulge in a decadent dinner and we sure spoiled our selves. We split the chicken parm, filet with cowboy butter, the most tender asparagus and Mac and cheese 😋 and celebrated their 100th year with a $100 bottle of fine red wine. The walls covered in caricatures was definitely not my vibe, but goes with the vibe of the old school steak house at the Hard Rock! Ask for Karina, you won't be disappointed!

  We celebrated my wife’s birthday at The Palm in Orlando and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and the staff was attentive, professional, and made the evening feel special. A nice extra touch was a follow-up call from Carlos to check on our experience—something you don’t see often and truly appreciated. Highly recommend for both quality food and outstanding service.

  Brought my girlfriend to dinner for her birthday this past week. It was one of the greatest dining experiences of our lives. Our server, Gabriel, was an absolute treasure, sharing the rich history of The Palm, his wonderful humor, and fantastic service. The lobster bisque and Caesar salad were very good, Gabriel's wine suggestion was great. Our filets were cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was delicious. Everything was perfect, and at the end of the meal, Gabriel opera sang happy birthday to her. My thanks to The Palm, and especially Gabriel, for making her night so special.

  WOW where to begin? I booked the Palm for my fiance's birthday on a whim because we received an email from Landry's with a gift code. I thought for sure it was going to be a 'Park' restaurant dressed up to look like The Palm. I was pleasantly surprised!! The meal was good, the service was outstanding! Our host was Gabe Namur, he was exceptionally welcoming and pleasant. I thought he was the run of the mill high-end waiter, however it got BETTER. He sang an opera version of Happy birthday that left me in awe, I almost missed my que to sing! I couldn't have called ahead and planned the evening any better. The manager stopped by to see us, and even met us after the meal to take a picture of us on the way out. Be sure to walk through the hotel lobby too, there is cool memorabilia to see. We look forward to our next visit!
