  They burnt my food I ordered a crunchwrap combo and 2chicken quesadillas, literally burnt it black! I didnt realize until I got home because it was take-out. So DISAPPOINTED!

  Just went through the drive thru and while trying to make sure that my order was understood correctly while there was a lot going on in the drive thru with the car in front of me honking at the car in front of them and us getting confused while ordering. When I pulled up to the window I asked the girl at the window to repeat my order and she sighed out loud rolled her eyes and even said oh my god out loud while making it seem like it was the end of the world to reread our order & then laughed when I explained that I was trying to make sure that we the order across to them correctly. They then gave us only 2 of the items we ordered and we were still waiting for some steak and guac fries and they opened the window and stared at us and asked us if we needed anything else and also asked if we needed any sauces and we told them hot sauce. We were told to park up front of the store to wait for the fries. The sauces we asked for were not included in the stuff we received at the window. I tried to get out the car to get some inside and all the doors were locked at 11:15pm. The fries were then brought out to us & when we asked for hot sauce she asked for the bag she had given us with an attitude to take it back inside to put the hot sauces inside. It was an overall very upsetting experience especially when I was ready to order and all of it was just unnecessary attitude. I wouldn’t recommend.

  Came here for lunch and ended up having to wait atleast 21 minutes before getting any food. I ordered a Supreme deluxe box, there was no ice and the drinks were flat. So I asked for a freeze and was told it would be more, but I didn't think that was fair since a drink comes with my meal and they were out of ice. I was in the lobby but the lady was paying more attention to drive thru, and her phone. I asked about my food a couple of times and stated I had to go back to work and she was rude saying that wasn't her fault. When I finally got my food the chips were missing from the box and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for her to respond, check the box, see that they weren't in there and for her to get them to me. The whole time the lobby was getting busier. Due to the bad experience, I asked for her name, and she said "Shalante feel free to leave a review and come back again" sarcastically. I think when people come to spend their hard earned money in an establishment, they deserve respect and good service. Never again will I visit this place.. zero stars if I could

  Unfortunately the employees at this Taco Bell discriminate against people with disabilities and elderly customers. Employees are very rude, lazy and unsanitary. Please find new management and staff for this location. It’s saddening and heartbreaking how inhumane they treat people.

  Today I was super hungry and decided to stop by Taco Bell. The line was long but it was moving quickly. High five to the team inside! And I want to give a shout out to Gwen she was so professional and super sweet. Will definitely come back again
