  I am writing this as a concerned community member regarding the management at this Taco Bell location, specifically an individual named Nicolette. I have heard from multiple employees about ongoing issues with disrespectful communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of accountability. Despite employees raising concerns, it seems that nothing has changed, which reflects poorly on leadership. More concerning, I recently became aware of a video circulating in the Avalon Park community showing this manager yelling loudly and aggressively at a group of young individuals. This kind of behavior, especially in a public setting, is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how both customers and employees are being treated. No employee or customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected due to a manager’s inability to communicate appropriately. Leadership should set the tone for a positive and respectful environment, and unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case here. I strongly encourage upper management to look into this situation and take appropriate action, as this reflects negatively not only on this location but on the brand as a whole.

  We got 2 soft tacos, ordered Doritos tacos and hard shell. We checked the bag as always,They forgot the two soft. Asked for them and they had no problem. Asked for no tomatoes, We got no lettuce and one hard shell had 3 individual pieces of shredded cheese. Not the best experience. Just need to pay more attention on the food and what is being ordered

  I won’t be eating here anymore. My son and I got lunch yesterday. Our boxes were completely mixed up. The food wasn’t great at all (I don’t expect much from this store). With that being said, both of us ended up extremely sick before the night was over and into today. My stomach immediately hurt after eating but when I started to feel sick I knew something was wrong. I’ve been throwing up since last night and my son has been stuck in the bathroom since about 1am this morning. We really need this store to do better. This isn’t the first time this has happened but this is the sickest I’ve been from Taco Bell. The service is a hit or miss. The atmosphere is ok. Sometimes I go in it’s nothing but cussing and jokes and other times it’s nice and they’re polite. The younger crew is awful.

  Quality and freshness of the food was great. I waited only a few minutes for my order, and the staff working were very polite and helpful. Have had a few issues with Drive-thru orders in the past, but as of recently I haven't had any issues.
