  Terrible customer service. No one is ever at the counter. Employees are clueless and have no idea what they’re doing.

  I do not know who was working at the drive through but her attitude sucks. I was waiting 10 minutes to order something that I had left over on my mobile drive through order, but I decided to just continue and go to the window though it was a little bit busy so I waited 5 more minutes and I tell her my name and she said nope you need to go inside and made a face, even though I placed it for a drive-through. I did not like the way how she handled that and just talk to me with an attitude like I understand it’s late and it’s a busy night, but you could always have a smile on your face.

  Elexis provided such a wonderful experience. Not only did she help me choose great options from the menu, but her personality truly stood out. She has such a warm, genuine energy that’s rare to find in fast food, and it made the whole visit even better. I would definitely come back just for her. (P.s. I think she deserves a raise.)   I am a modest 320lbs and as a full time Dietitian I can reliably say that whenever I'm looking for a healthy afternoon snack I know my nutricious order of 18 bean burritos and 6 crunch wraps followed by 4 cups of baja blast (paired with friendly service!) will ALWAYS be waiting for me here. Thank you! 🥰😍

  Don’t go to this Taco Bell. They will call you a liar when they mess up your order and give you a hard time about giving you your food. The night manager is a rude snotty kid who has no business calling himself the manager. Worst Taco Bell.
