  Just got in from a flight hungry I don't eat Taco Bell a whole lot because most of them aren't very good but this one actually was.

  ​I am writing this to highlight a recurring issue with the pickup process at this location that severely impacts delivery efficiency. ​Unclear Entry Policies: Despite the lobby appearing closed (with cones blocking the entrance), drivers are still expected to enter for pickups. There is a complete lack of signage or updated digital instructions to clarify this. ​Wait Times: Even after arriving for an order that should have been ready, I waited an additional ten minutes for a simple order. This suggests a lack of urgency or preparation for delivery partners. ​Inconsistent Franchise Standards: Every location seems to operate under different rules. One expects drive-thru use, while another demands in-store pickup at the same hour. It is unreasonable to expect drivers to "guess" the specific preference of each branch without clear, updated descriptions in the app. ​Recommendation for Management: Please coordinate with corporate to establish a standardized pickup policy or, at the very least, update your store description to reflect current hours and entry requirements. Clearer communication would prevent unnecessary delays and frustration for both your staff and the drivers servicing your customers.

  Great consumer service. There appeared to be a homeless person waiting for food that smelled like urine in the restaurant. The cashier and I looked at each other knowing awkwardness of the whole Ordeal. He gave me extra taco and chips for my troubles. Thanks. And yes the food was great

  walked in the store 4 employees laughing their head off, we were looking at the menu when we saw the workers laughing right in front of the food and even wiping their snot multiple times. by far the worst fast food restaurant i ever stepped foot into.
