  Wow, how rude. Employees won't take an order. If you do go to the counter the response is "use the kiosk like everybody else". I'm a bit older, not very good with technology. I was able to figure it out though. Next time I guess I'll go elsewhere.

  Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to , Service sucks , employees Suck . They don't give you what you pay for. Super rude the female who is always in the drive threw this is my 3rd time going and it's the 3rd time the same female has a damn attitude . If you don't like ur job you shouldn't be working there . I don't recommend ppl to go to this Taco Bell . I ordered a slushie they filled it half way I had to tell them to fill it even more paying 5$ for a dam Drink that's filled half way is ridiculous . Need to people to work there .

  So I went to this Taco Bell with my friend on our break time and guess what the lady that was taking orders through the drive threw said we cannot do 2 separate orders so we had to go inside and this wasn’t all after we went inside they didn’t help us right I requested my burrito grilled and she didn’t even made it grilled she touched my burrito to put it back on the grill instead of making a new one I paid for an avocado ranch sauce she just gave me a little bit like my money doesn’t count I feel like they need to change their employees or figure it out on what to do because if these people doesn’t want to work there if they don’t have passion on what they do or do their job right they have to find something else to do the girl that was helping us I think she was running the store she was like white skin but look like Hispanic and ima Hispanic too I don’t have no problem with that but girl please you need to treat your customers the right way I love Taco Bell but this is the first time that I ever go through a situation like this .

  No one in there and made complaint as pavement on side of building was raised by the shop and was same colour to the rest and daughter tripped on the side and sprained her ankle mentioned to staff to be met with nothing i personally think with it raised and on a slant it needs to be painted

  We arrived at this Taco Bell and the place actually looked very nice and clean, which is why we decided to go through the drive-thru. Ordering was a bit complicated because the menu here is very different from what we’re used to. Another woman jumped in to “help” with the order, but from the moment she started speaking you could clearly feel the attitude. That attitude was confirmed at the end when I asked if they had Papas Supreme. A simple “No, we don’t carry that item here” would have been perfectly fine. Instead, she responded with a very sharp “NO” and one of the most unpleasant attitudes I’ve ever experienced from someone in customer service. It was so obvious that even my 12-year-old son, sitting next to me in the car, heard the tone and said: “Daaaamn bro… she needs to lock in.” When I pulled up to pay and pick up the food, I could see her inside, but she stayed in the back and never came to the window. Honestly, that was probably the best choice… if you know what I mean 🇵🇷. Completely rude and unnecessary. Whoever the woman was working last night around 9:30 PM could definitely benefit from a basic customer service class. Malcriá’ Since she seemed confused about what I meant, I’m leaving a photo here so she can see what Papas Supreme actually are.
