  WOW - this is the best taste per dollar omakase I've ever had. It was too inexpensive for the value for sure. Great cocktails, fresh fish, creative combos, and a superb staff (chef and Miel made the experience perfect). We also enjoyed hand rolls after the omakase at the bar with Laura - who is an artist and a machine. Go here. It's awesome. If I lived here I'd be here daily.

  Absolutely 10/10 experience. The Omakase experience was no exaggeration the best sushi I've had in my entire life. Miel and Yedo provided a perfect dining experience that genuinely opened up my mind to what my taste buds were capable of.

  Small, expensive, but of the highest quality. Chill vibes. Dim lighting, comfy barstool seating. Howl's Moving Castle on the projector. Chill hop music playing. Drinks were inventive and each one was pleasantly unique from the other. Highly recommend the Shima nigiri, the king salmon temaki with lime and the truffle salmon maki. Those were definitely the highlights of the night for me. Great for a special date night

  Some of the best sushi I truly have ever had. Perfect and unique atmosphere for sushi lovers date night. Cocktails and mocktails were well crafted and perfectly paired with the flavors across the menu. Shoutout to Maddie, Emma and the amazing GM Kin. Truly a night to remember !

  All around, Sushi Saint was a great experience. I’m sure you can read a bunch of other reviews about the top notch quality of the food and how much they clearly care about what quality and taste. Sometimes the flavors are elegantly simple and some of them were more complex, but the flavors were intentional and just plain tasty. The ambiance is also great. It was lively, but we could also have a conversation with each other and with our server. It was fun without feeling like we were out clubbing. However, let’s talk about service. Maddie is as good as they come. Apart from having 1 mocktail (great menu for booze and non-booze!) named for her (and I think management should consider naming additional items for her), she was an excellent guide to the menu and just kind and fun to boot. Maddie was just a highlight to the evening. One sign I’ve noted at great restaurants is when other servers and staff help clear dishes for each other. While I almost had to bite the hand of someone asking to take away my mocktail when there flavorful ice left (he asked!), it was nice to see the cooperation. Go!
