  I wanna give a shout out to Chris at this subway store on Lake Buena Vista next to Disney Springs, he has been by far the best customer service I’ve ever had at a subway, I know maybe for a lot of people it’s not a big deal but every single time I have been to a subway store here in Orlando the customer service has been shit, all the employees always have an attitude. They never look at you. They don’t really care to give you a good service and just wanna do your food and be done with it, I had one time one lady give me the worst attitude just because I asked her if she had a different kind of bread, the customer service I was given by Chris was exceptional, super kind and humble and it was all about connection, and I feel like when it comes to customer service, connection it’s what’s all about. I will most definitely be back at the store. Thank you so much, Chris.

  I am a PAIN in the butt with a custom order, but Ms. Y absolutely crushed it. I had the best sandwich I've had at a Subway in over a decade thanks to her and this location. Highly recommend.

  We are from out of state. Ordered online and came in to eat. The ladies were so friendly and quick, and even put our sandwiches in separate baskets for all of us. Clean restaurant with good atmosphere!

  Fui a Subway y la experiencia fue excelente. El lugar estuvo muy bien atendido, pero lo mejor sin duda fue el servicio de Jasha — súper amable, con una actitud que da gusto. Me preparó un sándwich que quedó 🔥, de esos que tú dices “ok, aquí sí saben lo que están haciendo”. Todo fresco, bien armado y con cariño, que se nota. Definitivamente voy a seguir visitando Subway, porque cada vez los siento más ricos y con mejor atención. Gracias por el servicio, así da gusto volver.

  We just had the best Subway experience ever at this location. The manager, Venita, has a great attitude, is patient, and is a true sandwich artist - even in little ways she builds the sandwich (ie. I asked for a few jalapeño peppers, and she chopped up a couple to spread them across the whole sandwich, so you get to taste it a little the whole sandwich, rather than a few bites with a lot of jalapeño; or, putting mayo on the inside of the sandwich so it doesn't get on your hands while eating.) It's small touches that go a long way and made for an excellent sandwich. She is awesome enough that it warranted a five star review, but I will also say the food was great, restaurant clean, atmosphere friendly, and again, the service is worth going back for.
