  Ordered online, when I arrived, the lady at the counter was like mad I was waiting for my order she said I would have to get in line in order to get my order when I ordered 34 mins *before* I ordered online for a reason. She said I can cancel online, there's no option for it. No one answers the phone on the stablishment nor subway customer service. I opened the chat 4 times and nothing. Came back another time to ask for a Sandwich or refund even tho I got there first other people where helped first. No manager and only one person taking care. Meanwhile plenty of To Go orders coming in. Sandwich artist needs backup.

  The staff are very friendly and professional; they know how to prepare great subs and they do it with a smile and excellent service. The place is always clean and tidy.

  My wife and i stopped in to grab a few subs after shopping. When i walked in and started talking to the tall bald headed man behind the counter he imformed me that he wasnt serving anyone until his coworker showed up. Said he was late and he was already supposed to have left so didnt want to help anyone. Just had a aggravated attitude and clearly didnt want to be there . He only served us after we asked if his manager was aware that hes refusing service for no reason..There was also a online order that came before me but he left it in the printer the whole time and had the next shift do it once they arrived. Genuinely just made us feel unwelcomed and a bother
