The woman working behind the counter seemed extremely unhappy to be there and came across as very rude. It felt like making our sandwiches was an inconvenience to her, which definitely affected the experience. A little friendliness and a better attitude would have made a huge difference. Hoping for a more welcoming visit next time.

They routinely ignore phone calls for customers trying to order by phone and even for those who order online and expect their food to be ready in time (like those with very short lunch breaks), the subs are always late. Terrible customer service, a simple nonchalance, and lack of concern for the people who eat their subpar food and line the employees’ pockets. Avoid this Subway unless you have 2 hours for lunch.
