  Typically we have a good experience here when we come on vacation. However, tonight was not a great experience. We ordered 4 footlong subs on two different orders to take advantage of the FLBOGO deal. They someone messed up our very simple orders. We came and they only had 4 6 inch subs for us and they weren't even correct. I doubled checked our app orders and they were for sure footlongs and it also accepted the promo code for the footlongs! We didn't get our toasted sub with lettuce at all. Very disappointed. We ended up leaving with 4 footlongs but they were still messed up. I was at the hotel with our younger son and my husband went to pick them up. I don't know how the heck you mistake 4 footlong subs for 4 six inch subs and still mess up the order on top of that. Frustrating experience overall.

  I gave 2 stars because we attempted to enter and the lady said we have no bread. Then she proceeded to tell the story about it. I said just put up a sign stating that people will know and she said they won't let her...LOL. Okay, then do you have salads or wraps...she just looked! Yeah, nevermind. I went to Domino's next door!

  Went to this Subway for first time. Very uncomfortable environment.. I was ordering online because there is a $6 deal only online for a footlong. My boyfriend did too. We came in, told her we were ordering online for the deal. Once it’s ordered, worker says “we don’t have avocado. He ordered avocado”…… I say “oh it’s his order, I will tell him when he’s out of bathroom”… She’s looking at me while I am talking and then says “DO YOU HEAR ME? Maybe if you would order in person you would know that”. I asked if they’re doing the $6 deal in person. “No. And his cost $17 so he didn’t even get a deal” she then proceeds to read his receipt to see it was $6+$2 for avocado. Then she continues mumbling about us ordering online. My boyfriend comes out of bathroom, asks if he can get double protein or something to exchange for similar price. She says “you can’t do double protein”. Then silence. Doesn’t give an alternative solution. After 5 minutes of silence, says our sandwiches are ready, asks if he wants a cup for fountain drink. He says yes, and if he can buy chips as well. “you can only get a drink or chips to trade for the avocado”…. He said he wanted to pay. Everything was just so odd. Odd interaction. We were going to sit in there and play cards games and spend time in there, but we up and left. Very uncomfortable. We were getting questioned so much.

  Worker was rude about how we chose to order online instead of in person as well as not knowing how to make the sandwiches properly. Sandwich was missing some items while some spicier items was added as well.

  Subway is always a great place for a meal. Can always count on it being good and fresh. The place was clean,staff was friendly and service was pretty quick.
