    Ordered at 8:15. It’s 8:55 and we are still waiting on a double cheeseburger that was missed initially. It’s not busy at all. Many workers inside.

    We visited this location on holiday, it's one of them places we have driven past over the years and never tried. We pulled up to one of the order bays and pressed the button, the screen said they will be with us shortly .. after 15 minutes we could see there was only 3/4 other cars and they had all been served so we repressed the button and the same message flashed up but went off again. We decided to drive around to the drive thru were we waited another 10 minutes. We try to give grace as we are aware the staff are usually trying their best to keep up with orders but there was literally 2 cars here at this point, us being one of the whos been here 25 mins and haven't ordered yet! We eventually gave up and as we drove out we seen the other car leaving so we pulled into his bay and someone answered within seconds. All together we waited 45 minutes to order and eat, food was nice but absolutely not worth the wait. You cannot go into sonic it's just a drive in so you can't really complain to staff as they don't come out even when you go to the door to try get someone's attention. Probably won't visit again

    I visited the week of March 23, 2026. I am not sure if the day of our visit they were short staffed. We ordered at the on site area by a table. It seemed like the person taking our order was trying to get our order and possibly the drive thru lane at the same time, so it was very slow and we had to repeat item very often.

    Slow. Never got to us when we parked to order, and it was slow with the drive thru. Then the man taking our order wasn't understand what we wanted like he didn't know what they sold. We ended up leaving mid order because he stopped answering. Don't come here, idk about the food but the service sucks

    So disappointed in my last few recent visits to sonic. I LOVED going here just a few years ago but man, it’s gone DOWNHILL. :( Sadly my recent visit made me so frustrated and even 3 days later, I’m still frustrated enough to come make a review. The drive through line was not moving. A car in front of us got out of line. I decided to give it another 5 minutes and after 10 minutes of not moving, I thought it would be best to go to a drive -in parking spot. It took over 3 minutes for someone to come over the speaker. I could BARELY hear him. The speakers are broke, they need replaced because it was so difficult to hear, I almost missed my chance to ordered I couldn’t hear. I began my order and was interrupted by the man on the speaker saying “we got no chicken , we ain’t got no milkshakes.” The restaurant wasn’t even that busy! He could’ve been more professional and polite about letting me know they were out of two major menu items. I decided to leave because I was frustrated with how much it took to just order and be told they don’t have the food I ordered. This place needs a revamp, including customer service training and some training on how to order enough inventory.
