  My husband and I came here for dinner after a long day of traveling. We were seated immediately by a very friendly host. Our server Madison created us, made recommendations and asked if we had any questions. She was so attentive to us. The service here was phenomenal. Any one who came to our table was friendly and helpful. The manager came and check in on us. She was so lovely and truly was wonderful. If you want great service and great food I highly recommend.

  Atmosphere is a little loud, but our server Brandon was a total sweetheart and on top of everything tonight. He made food and drink suggestions and agreed that the Range Rattlers were one of his favorites. Those took a while to come out so a manager brought them out but those were so darn tasty it was great! I had the NY Steak with the smoked Mac n Cheese and a side salad. Mom had the Signature Steak and Grilled Shrimp with asparagus. If we end up out in FL again, we will definitely be back! Thanks again Brandon!

  Went there with my wife to use my Landry select Birthday rewards. We came in and got seated quickly. We were greeted by someone and got our drinks. Our server Kenz came a little later due to how busy it was. We ordered cheese fries, a medium steak wedge salad, and a new york strip mid rare with the smoky mac n cheese. The cheese fries were delicious! The wedge salad came our rare, The New York strip was medium-well... I let them know I'd like my strip remade and they did. My wife was ok with her steak salad and ate it all. The manager Jacey came over and apologized that our orders weren't made correctly and offered to comp our fries and give us a dessert. We had the cheesecake and it was delicious! The steak was remade and perfect! I appreciate the card and customer service! Go there and have an amazing time!

  Probably the worst steak I've ever had. shrimp was dry and unedible. It's my first time at this establishment. So I'm hoping it's just a one-off. The service, however, was top-notch. Can't really blame servers for bad cooks. I really wish these steakhouses would start training the cooks better. I usually post pictures, but I'm not this time because I'm a firm believer in second chances. So I will go back, Because the service was as good as it was. Everyone has a bad day. I'm going to choke this up to the cook was just having a bad day. Hoping for a tastier experience next time.

  We wantto call out JOSEPH for exceptional service the night of our visit. We recently found Saltgrass and have become fans - visiting nearly every time we're in Orlando now (we live in Tampa). This particular evening, we were exhausted and arrived around 8:30pm. My husband had lost his mother the week prior and we were escaping to Orlando for a little recharge weekend after the loss and funeral. Joseph never knew this but he met us with such kindness and an upbeat personality. He made suggestions and was incredibly attentive to us. My steak (ordered medium well) came out much closer to medium. We sent it back and it came out a second time exactly the same. Joseph was so concerned. We told him (and the manager) that honestly weren't overly worried about it - just wanted it warmed up a bit so I could eat. Honestly, if a "not-to-temperature" steak is the worst thing that happens to me, I'll consider myself blessed (and we told Joseph that). But he was relentless in making sure we were happy. When my 3rd steak arrived, it was perfect - and delicious as always. Joseph remained so attentive. My steak was removed from the bill (not necessary) and we were treated to a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit. Two things: 1) Joseph is a great server and exactly what any business would want in providing customers with a great experience. 2) Saltgrass is a very reasonably priced steakhouse that consistently delivers a delicious meal. Also this weekend, we went with a group to a high-end steakhouse. It was horrible. Our steaks (each over $60) were not only not cooked to temp (some over, some under), the quality was subpar and we didn't even eat them. We told the entire table that the next time, we were taking everyone to Saltgrass because the food is incredible!
