  We took a large family group of 14 for dinner one evening while we were all on vacation. First, they take reservations, which is a big plus for large families in a busy tourist town any night of the week. The atmosphere was upscale-rustic and clean. Our server, Olivia, was knowledgeable and provided fantastic service. We were well attended to throughout our visit. The prices were very reasonable for the quantity of food, and the quality was top notch. Best skinny margarita I’ve ever had. Steaks were all cooked correctly to order the first time and melted in our mouths. The ribs were truly falling off the bone and all the sides were fabulous. We were too full to try any desserts. I only wish we had thought to order a couple desserts to go. We’re saving this one for a return on our next Orlando vacation, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Saltgrass Steak house in Orlando. After paying a $177 bill, the server never returned my card. I didn’t realize it until later, but once I did, I immediately called the restaurant and was left on endless hold. I drove back to the restaurant because I was 100% sure my card was never returned to me. If it had been, it would have gone straight into my wallet. The hostess contacted the manager on duty, and instead of being helpful, he was rude, dismissive, and wouldn’t even bother checking for the card. He said rudely that all cards found get put in the safe — but he never actually checked. That level of laziness and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially when it involves someone’s credit card. On top of that, the food was underwhelming. The steak needed more flavor, and the fried onions were greasy and oily as heck. Between the missing card, being left on hold, the rude manager, and mediocre food, this place was a complete letdown. The manager on duty should not be dealing with the public if that’s how he treats paying customers. Horrible experience. Do not go here.

  Saltgrass definitely did not disappoint for our first visit. We are on vacation in Orlando with our kids and wanted to try somewhere new. I am so glad we picked this place! The steak was just so juicy, tender, and amazing! We had an awesome waiter named Austin and he was very kind and helped make some recommendations for our first visit there. He made our meal and time there so very pleasant. I would highly recommend this restaurant and Austin.

  Exceptional Service & Perfect Steaks! We had one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in Orlando at Saltgrass Steak House. From the moment we realized we were stuck in traffic and running late, the service was top-notch. Crystal answered our call and was incredibly kind and sweet, reassuring us that they would hold our table. When we finally arrived, she greeted us warmly and seated us immediately. The restaurant itself is beautiful—well-appointed with that classic steakhouse decor that feels high-end without being over the top. Our server, Austin, was fantastic. He brought so much fun energy to the table and was exceptionally patient and attentive with my autistic teen, which we truly appreciated. Now, for the food: Timing: Absolutely perfect. Appetizers: The mozzarella and bourbon bacon were fabulous. Main Course: The steaks and sides were cooked to perfection. We were so impressed that we asked to speak with the manager just to rave about Crystal’s help earlier. The manager was professional and even stopped by again at the end of our meal to check on us. Great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and an incredible staff—we will definitely be repeat clients!

  Walked over from my hotel to enjoy a meal. The atmosphere was great and seating was fast and comfortable. I ordered a surf and turf, medium rare on the steak and 5 fried shrimp. The steak and potatoes were really good. But the shrimp.......it was horrid. I've never eaten shrimp so bad that I didnt want an more shrimp the rest of the night. I couldn't eat any past the 1 I ate. My server, Taylor, was excellent. When I explained the issue, she said it was "Cajun Spiced". Cajun spice has flavor, this had no flavor and heat that tasted like rubbing alcohol. The shrimp looked like it was bought at a resturant depot. Taylor offered to exchange it with different shrimp, but this stuff was so nasty I had to decline. I noticed that she didnt adjust the bill to reflect just a steak, which i believe would have been fair. But I don't know whom she told about the complaint either. Just my 2 cents, which was more like 120$
