- SSStefani Sisilia3 days ago5.0First timer here!! I love it!! We got a family meal which is the whole grill chicken and the big side of rice and black beans. It’s also come with 4 pieces of rolls. We also try the bowl of classic churrasco steak, sweet plantains, and cheesy yuca bites! The chicken is tender inside with little crispy skin. It’s so flavorful with a hint of citrus. The rice is not like a regular rice. It has a buttery taste to it. So yuuummm!! The yuca bites is so good!! Crispy outside with the melted cheese inside. The steak is juicy and delicious. Just a little portion in my opinion. In one big bowl, we only got 7 tiny slices. For the sauce, we try everything but my favorite is cilantro garlic sauce and chimichurri. The service is fast in drive thru lane, the staff is nice and knowledgeable!

- PPPeu pauloMar 17, 20261.0I was quite disappointed with this Pollo Tropical. It had been a long time since my last visit, and unfortunately, the experience was very frustrating. I ordered the 1/2 chicken, but what I received was essentially just the chicken carcass—mostly the back portion, with very little meat on it. It was mostly bone and skin, which was really disappointing. I hope they improve the quality of their food, because if things continue this way, they will likely lose customers. As for me, I don’t plan on coming back.
