  Horrible customer service. Spend so much money here and they can’t even give the sauce that goes with the meals or even napkins in the bag.

  Very friendly cashier and staff. Cashier took my order and made suggestions for my order for eight people with a smile. Order was processed promptly and accurately. The best part…there was no cashing machine pressuring to tip the staff and no additional fees for using a credit card. I will definitely come back to this establishment.

  Save your money, this restaurants doesn’t give you any chicken. I ordered a tropichop, they only gave me a bunch of rice and beans and barely but I’m serious barelyyyy any chicken on it.

  I often dine inside the restaurant. Last night, however, I went through the drive-thru; my experience was excellent—despite the late hour, my food was fresh and of excellent quality. The quality of the teamwork is evident. I highly recommend

  La comida estaba muy rica. Pero si escribo esta reseña es para decir que el empleado Adrian es el mejor empleado de los Estados Unidos, súper servicial, empático, siempre sonriente y atento, además cabe recalcar que brinda servicio en inglés que es su primer idioma y español que lo ha aprendido muy bien. Además está pendiente a todo en el local desde que todo esté limpio hasta que el cliente se vaya totalmente satisfecho. Muchas gracias Adrian por tu atención a mi familia, gracias a todo el personal de Pollo Tropical por brindarnos una excelente comida.
