  Called in to make a order. The person that answered the phone, answered "HELLO". Not thank you for calling Pizza Hut can I help you?. But hello.... I asked was this pizza hut in Waterford. She said yes. I proceeded to order a large pizza. Was told to wait 15-20. I go inside the store 15-20 minutes later and the young lady tells me they never got my order. I'm like what?? Who answered the phone then? She proceeds to tell me she's not sure but she'll get the manager. The manager comes out to tell me yup we never got it but I can put it in and we'll have it out in another 20 minutes. Then proceeds to charge me full price. No suggested discount or anything for my wasted time. No care in the world! And then i go in to get the pizza and it's completely wrong! I will never return to this location if this is how you treat your customers.

  Amanda was very amazing. Great service at this location and cashier very helpful. You can tell you have the right person running this place!! Thanks

  It takes a considerable amount of time for the individual to enter, and to take a food order. The staff is cordial, however, the ambiance could benefit from updating.
