  Service sucked but our server knew that and made it light and fun 😁. Food was really gross. But I had a good time.

  What happened at this location was not a simple mistake — it was a clear example of an operation that is out of control, lacking leadership, and delivering completely unacceptable service. I placed two separate orders using valid promotions from T-Mobile Tuesdays. One was honored correctly. The second, under the exact same conditions, was not. Mistakes can happen — what followed is what makes this unacceptable. My wife went to pick up the order and was treated from the start with a cold, dismissive, and uninterested attitude. When my wife tried to explain the issue: • She was ignored as if her time had no value • She was left waiting over 15 minutes with no resolution • She was told directly that “no one was going to help her” • Staff refused to properly verify a valid promotion • They implied she was trying to get “free food,” despite having paid and having valid codes All of this happened while she was alone in the car with our baby crying in the back seat. That is not poor service — that is a complete lack of judgment, respect, and basic human decency. But it gets worse. My wife is a Spanish speaker. Although she can communicate in English, she was not given the time or willingness to properly explain herself. It was clear that because she did not speak perfect English, she was dismissed, ignored, discriminated, and not taken seriously. That is unacceptable in any setting. And yes — it comes across as discriminatory treatment. To make matters worse: When she asked to speak with a manager, staff stated that there was no manager present at the location. A restaurant operating without proper supervision is not a minor issue — it is the root of the problem. A place without leadership produces exactly this: • Employees doing whatever they want • Customers who do not matter • Issues that no one takes responsibility for • A completely broken service experience The question is simple: Who is running this place? Because clearly, no one is. This was not just frustrating — it was a clear indication of a poorly managed operation from start to finish. Corporate management should take this seriously, because this location does not reflect even the most basic standards of service or accountability. As a customer, I will not return. And I cannot recommend this location to anyone who expects to be treated with respect or even treated at all.

  Pretty standard Pizza Hut location. - Friendly staff, just incredibly slow. - Do not expect your pizza to be ready by the estimated completion time. - It will take substantially longer than the quoted time.

  Ordered at 7 PM for 730. Came in and literally nobody was sitting to eat there. The lady in the kitchen, which made eye contact with me who I tried to talk to wanted nothing to do with me. The girl at the counter kept telling me it was ready and I never got my food till 745. If you would like to torture yourself visit this place.

  Ordered a large stuffed crust Pizza wings and cinnamons. Treat, the cinnamon treats were raw. We came back for a refund and had to wait for at least 15 minutes. Nobody's still here. And the lady went in the back to go wash dishes.Don't recommend this place
