  I cannot say enough great things about this Pizza Hut on Edgewater Drive! We placed a catering order today for a business treat to our employees, and the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely phenomenal. Heather, in particular, went above and beyond in every way possible. From the moment we started planning the order, she took the time to make personalized recommendations on the best pizzas to get for a large group, and she was spot on, because everyone was super happy with the food! She even found us an incredible offer we hadn't seen on the website, which saved us money and made the whole order even better. That kind of attentiveness and care for the customer is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. When the delivery arrived, it was fast, friendly, and perfectly organized. Heather delivered it herself! Wow! Everything was accounted for, neatly arranged, and ready to go. Heather even thought ahead and brought us plates and napkins. Those little details make a huge difference when you're treating your staff to a surprise last minute, and want everything to run smoothly. A huge thank you to Heather and the entire team who worked hard behind the scenes to make this big order happen. You are all absolute rockstars! 🎸 If you're looking for a reliable, stress-free catering option — especially for treating your staff and for business luncheons, look no further than this location.   I wouldn't recommend anyone to order pizza from this location.I gave 1 star because that was the lowest rating I could give this location.Close to a month ago ,I ordered delivery for my girls 9and 3yrs old respectively.I ordered online .Total was a little over $40.Ten minutes after the delivery time ,we called for an ETA.We were told the driver would soon be there "he is in the area".Pizza was never delivered and the calls made went unanswered. As you can expect with young kids ,they were still expecting pizza the next day .I went to the store with the intention of getting the pizzas made thinking there should be no issue.What I encountered was the most unintelligent entitled person posing as a manager.I tried showing her the online order on my phone.She had no interest in seeing it.Then she asked the most ridiculous question ever in the circumstances "where is your receipt"? I replied ,how can I have a receipt when nothing was delivered to me .I said I am going to make some calls to Pizza Hut to tell them of my experience. I walked out the store ,then re-entered requesting the manager's name.It became even more ridiculous. She stated she couldn't give me her name because she was in fear of her safety and the fact that I was upset. Her told of course I was upset and had every right to be but at the same time I never threatened or cursed at her ,while she was displaying her non caring behavior.That was on a Saturday .The following Monday I called the store because I still couldn't believe that the person I had encountered previously was the manager of the store.As luck would have it ,this person answered the phone.I asked for the manager and she said she was before I could hang the phone up she said " you are hilarious and I have your telephone number".I then hanged up and proceeded to write an email to one of the corporate managers.I also called the customer service number. I received a call back from a very nice customer service lady.She apologized for what I experienced and told me that the area manager for that store would make contact with me.Three weeks later ,no call from the area manager ,no response to my email from corporate. I missed a call from the Customer Service number ,which I returned without making contact with anyone.Overall a disappointing experience all over.I know a few Pizza Hut managers and I have never seen any unprofessional behavior from them .A manager like the one I encountered is a bad representation for any brand and one Pizza Hut should either retrain or get rid of.I will never set foot in that or any other Pizza hut store.With all the delivery service there's today, I have several options to choose from that provide great customer service and show respect to customers who keep them in business.

  The only reason I am leaving a one star review is I saw them take a door dash back in from a dasher off the street and place it back in the pizza warmer. Yuck! The cross contamination.
