I also ordered parmesan bites that were supposed to come with a side of pizza sauce — they didn’t include the side, and the bites themselves didn’t have any sauce either. Instead of pizza sauce, they gave me ranch. On top of that, I ordered boneless BBQ wings with a side of blue cheese, and again, they gave me ranch instead. The wings weren’t even tossed in BBQ sauce — they were completely plain. I called to ask if maybe they had run out of pizza sauce or blue cheese, but the employee said, “Not to my knowledge we didn’t.” When I explained everything that was wrong with the order, I was told they would refund me for “the sauce,” which completely missed the point. The issue wasn’t just a missing dipping sauce — it was that multiple items in my order were made incorrectly.
