  Especially great service today at this location across from Advent Hospital on Rollins Street. Our hands were full so staff carried our order to the table. A small gesture but the kindness was noted and appreciated.

  My husband was in the hospital last week or 2 weeks ago. Do you know how big that hospital is? You have to walk like literally miles and miles inside then get to the elevator and then get to the floor. Then finally get to the room. They screwed up my order and gave me someone else's. I was so outraged when I am literally handicapped and I have a walker. They don't have access to handicap doors. That's ridiculous or access to the handicap walk in. They have steps so I have to drag my Walker up the steps That was not easy for me. They're not friendly at all, only when they want to. It's a shame they used to be real funny. I don't know what happened. I used to go there a lot but I quit going. I had to spend my money somewhere else. Tired of them messing up my order or not being friendly and it's supposed to be a friendly place and access to handicap. It's not shame on them and the food is outrageous. Prices and the dessert ridiculous For the price you pay for the soup they give you a little bowl and they don't fill it up all day. That's ridiculous. I'm going to go somewhere else. Pay more money

  I love this place. Healthy food. I 💕 the soup and the 🥯 are awesome. Very relaxing. Employees are super.

  Ordered lunch through the Panera website. They use DoorDash for delivery. DoorDash driver did not show, but placed the order as delivered. Since they outsource on the delivery, I now have to call DoorDash to fix the issue as they are not able to refund me. DoorDash said I have to call Panera customer service. Panera customer service said it will take 30!! days to get a refund and that if I do not get it then to call back. So not only did I not get my food, I am out my money and time trying to fix the issue.
