- MBM B5 days ago5.0ASHLEY, the manager at Panera Bread, is amazing! She was very kind, professional, and made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about both the customers and the team. Great customer service and leadership — definitely makes a difference at this location!
- CWCheryl WApr 4, 20261.0Walked in around 7pm and no one was at the counter which was not a concern. However, 5 employees at the prep area for food and drive thru window NEVER ONCE acknowledged us, say that someone will be right with us, or even welcome us to Panera (mind you every one of them looked at us at some point). After approx 3 mins I finally asked if there was someone that could take our order...blank stares. Finally the girl taking orders came from the back and apologized for the wait but she was making a drink. No problem...I don't mind waiting for someone but the lack of acknowledgement upon arriving is unacceptable. Both of us said that we would find a different Panera to go to. We also didnt get the right order and had to get someone to help with that. Can't recommend this place at least for dining in.
