  Decent food, service needs improvement. I had dinner at this Panera on April 2nd. While the food was good, the service definitely needed work. I ordered for myself and my girlfriend, food, drinks and dessert. Our order was missing the drinks and dessert. I had to go up to the counter, and a younger kid with blonde curly hair helped me. However, later on, when my girlfriend and I were grabbing to-go containers, we heard him talking poorly about his shift, and he was talking to his friends, who were in the way of the to-go containers. He was vocally expressing how it had been the worst shift he ever worked, and being annoyed with customers. I understand having a bad day, but vocally complaining about your job within earshot of customers, while not giving them their full order, is terrible customer service. If I come in again, I’ll make sure to come in during an earlier shift.

  I love Panera, so much that I joined their unlimited sip club for a year. Large selection of Barista beverages, specialty cold drinks as well as regular coffee, teas and cold serve-yourself sodas etc and iced teas. The sandwiches are great, soups too, and in addition to the 'pick-two' meal suggestions, they also have some $6.99 meals available, like tuna salad or grilled cheese sandwich with cup of tomato soup, etc. The desserts are great, but I've found that, if you want a good selection of bagels, don't go too late - they sell out in the afternoon. I'm a bagel person so I pay attention to this. There is no drive-through here - the store is on the corner in a shopping mall strip.
