  I ordered two croissants to dine in, but they were served completely cold. When I asked an employee if they could warm them up, I was told to use the microwave in the store myself. For a dine-in order, I would expect the food to be properly heated and ready to enjoy. Warming a croissant in a microwave is not the same as heating it in an oven — it affects both the texture and overall experience. The hot chocolate was also disappointing — watery and lacking flavor. Overall, the service and quality did not meet expectations, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

  Since this is my closest location, it remains the one I'm most likely to visit. Yesterday, I decided to try the chicken salad sandwich, which had been such a disappointment last year when I had the new version. I added the French onion soup, always a winner and our fave dessert, a brownie, along with a large cold drink that I filled with hubby's favorite beverage, raspberry tea. As soon as I arrived home, I cut the half of the chicken salad sandwich into and ate my part, pleased that this one met former expectations with flavor and portion inside. After heating the soup and adding the included croutons, I was glad I sampled it before delivering it to my husband, because he quickly finished it with his sandwich segment and brownie half along with his raspberry tea. His response was "That hit the spot." Yes, it did.
