  We eat at Disney Springs quite often and with this massive touristy price point usually you get some awesome food. It all started with the host, stand a heavyset guy who was trying to see us, we politely declined and said we will be back at our reservation time because we wanted to go get our friend from the parking deck. This guy look like we had offended his mother Unbelievable, we went and then came back, and for some reason, they decided to see us on the third floor in a completely empty and shut down room. The server, her service was B+, So no complaints. But the food was a solid, 6/10. High price, low quality. The shrimp was amazing, the burger was like McDonald’s. And not the good McDonald’s at 3 AM. Gluten-free Cash overall would never try and go back because when you are paying the huge prices you have got to get amazing quality food. Also while we were walking out, All three people at the host of Stan. We’re staring at their phones and One looked up and made eye contact and said thank you. You have a nice day in the worst way possible. The guy that works with me who is from Orlando said he expected a lot more from places in Disney Springs I had to let him know my experience has always been amazing over here at every restaurant with my first time at paddlefish

  Every time I come it’s always hit or miss, the service is either extremely good or really bad. It’ recently been very slow service even when it’s not very busy and I’ve had a few bad experiences with employees. This is extremely frustrating as it used to be a favorite for me and my family. A few noted experiences is the portion seem way smaller additionally my steak coming out well done with I ordered medium rare then was remade and came out extremely rare and by that time everyone had already eaten at the table and was ready from desert. While our server did get it taken off the check I still left hungry . Additionally, I know my also had brother asked for sauce for his food and it was brought out after he was done eating. I don’t feel like this place has well enough service or food for me to want to come back.

  Disappointed to say the least. Came to eat with my husband around 1:30 pm & we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Requested outdoor seating since it was so beautiful out & they took us to the 3rd floor, only to not be seen or greeted by anyone for 25 minutes. There were only 2 other tables seated upstairs & one of them was paying their tab to leave. 2 waitresses & not one of them acknowledged us. Ended up leaving & my husband said something at the host stand where the manager was & he seemed bothered by us even saying anything. No apology, simply said “do you want to sit inside then?” Awful attitude and clearly disorganize as they kept quoting people “5-10 minute wait” you won’t be seen by a waiter/waitress until 25 minutes later or more.

  Pretty terrible service. Our server forgot to fire our order of 6 people, waited one hour to learn she didnt, and forgot to ask the chef for changes so one of our meals came out wrong. There was no follow up with us on if the changes were allowed by the chef, no follow up on quality of meal after dropping food at the table after an hour wait, no salutation before leaving, no apology for wait, no initiative from server/management as I had to approach the bar to close out my own check since server was pretty absent. Pretty avoidant behavior given the error as they must have been embarrassed but not an excuse to give up on service. There should have been more accountability. This was at 3pm on 3/29/2026 on the 3rd floor middle table in the bar area closest to the wall so management may identify who was on shift.

  I normally love this restaurant and normally have great service. Unfortunately, yesterday I had a bad experience that would make me hesitate to come back. I had a lunch reservation and asked the hostess if we could sit outside and she was very nice and told us it was open seating outside on the third floor. We decided to try it and a family gave us their as they were leaving. All was going well and we were excited to be out there. Our table was dirty, but we assumed someone would come clear it off. We waited about 10 minutes and no one greeted us or acknowledged us even though I made eye contact with multiple servers. We waved down someone and she told us "well no one's going to serve you with a dirty table". We were under the impression it was open seating and no one had come up to tell us we couldn't sit at a dirty table, so that was not the normal greeting. Someone came over to clean our table and she was very nice and gave us menus. We sat there for another 5-7 minutes and noticed people just sitting at tables like we had down and getting served right away, so we were very confused why no one was helping us. The table next to us actually told the server that they wanted to leave and needed to pay for their drinks because she as also ignoring them. We ended up waiting 20 minutes before going back downstairs and asking for our reserved table, which the hostess kindly allowed us. I was just very surprised by the level of rudeness from the service up on the Landing. I would not recommend going up there if you are looking for friendly and welcoming staff.
