  Diego, our server, was so attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, always made sure we had a full glass of drink and even when my food wasn’t 100% perfect he took care of it straight away and brought out a fresh steak and extra side. We were very pleased. My husband even said it beat his experience at Texas Roadhouse which up until this point was his favourite restaurant! 5 star review from us!

  This was the best. Food was incredible, service with CAMRYN, 10 starts love it..she give us the best 👌🏾 service ever..... we order some appetizers 10/10, we order some French Onion soup 🍲 10/10, the rest it was so good. We take food home too. We are definitely coming back for the FRENCH SOUP ONION!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Hour wait to be told no steak at a steakhouse! Arrived to a packed restaurant and told 30 minute wait. After 45 minutes checked and told 4th in line. A further 10 minutes and told 6th in line. Finally got a table after an hour wait. Then after a further 10 minutes a server came to take our order and told us they didn’t have any steaks… We walked out!

  This used to be our favorite restaurants in the area until last week when we received the worst service. After being seated for an hour, we asked why the salad and the dishes were taking so long. The response was astonishing: “we have no cook and the replacement is learning”. We left. The first employee you should have in any restaurant is definitely a cook. There is no restaurant without a cook and if you don’t have one, close the doors!!!

  My wife and I came here for lunch Friday afternoon (3/20). It was out last day in Orlando and we haven't been to an Outback in years. We always loved the Unlimited Soup and Salad for lunch.So, we ordered 2 Unlimited Soup and Salads. It took 15 minutes to get our 2 Caesar salads ( not much dressing, only 2 croutons and white/yellowish romaine lettuce). We waited and waited and waited for our soup. It took between 30 and 40 minutes to get our soup!! We also had ordered another refill for our salad in that time because we were starving. The waitress never once refilled our waters and both our cups were empty. I almost walked out!! The WORST service we probably ever had and we paid about $27!!! Absolutely Terrible. So bummed this is what we got on our last night in Orlando.
