    The best part of my visit here was leaving. Read to the end to see why to avoid this place. Honestly, everything was bad. I chose to eat here because I could see that at least half the tables were empty so I thought I’d get served quickly. Not a chance. Spent 15 minutes queuing outside while the staff avoided making eye contact. When someone eventually approached they said nothing, just pointed at me. Fortunately I’m psychic so knew to say I wanted a table for one. Walking through the restaurant made my skin crawl. Tables that had been vacated for at least 15 minutes were covered in dirty crockery, cutlery, glasses and food. The waste bin next to the register was overflowing. I spotted some friends so asked if I could have the 2-seat table next to them and said up front I’d wait for it to be cleared. The employee looked at me like I’d insulted his mother. I ordered the filet medium-well done. The first half I ate was barely that but as I cut further in to it just became rare, cold and inedible. The fries? Hahahahaha……..if you’ve left undercooked fries overnight and then microwaved them the next day you’ll know what a sad, limp, soggy mess they are. That’s what I got. No attempt at presentation, the plate was dropped on the table (and I do mean dropped with a clatter) by a server who had turned and walked away before the plate had stopped sliding. Never again. Oh, and when Outback read this I just know they’ll cut and paste their standard spiel. Don’t bother. It’s meaningless and insulting to people who not only pay you money but take the time to tell you what’s wrong with your business.

    Tough steaks with gristle! I sent the ribeye back because it had a ribbon of sinew running through it. They next sent out a sirloin, similar issue, but not as bad. And to try to cut around it with a butter knife, is just silly. They must be buying the cheapest quality of beef available. My server was nice but inattentive and slow. I’m sure they are making good money at this location because 1 server is managing 6-8 tables at a time and making Davis-bacon wages. Whoever isn’t managing this location is doing an excellent job!

    If you don't have over 2 hours before your flight boards then this place is not for you. I have never been to an airport restaurant that moved this slow. The workers all stood around chatting and doing absolutely nothing until we saw the manager walk in and suddenly everyone started moving. Workers who had been sitting in booths talking scattered quickly, food started coming out, people were finally sat at the hostess stand, people got their checks, etc. The food was fine but was slow and 5 people's entrees came out at varying intervals, with the kids meal last.

    Hostile environment and utterly rude bartender towards guests sitting. Zero acknowledgment towards paying customers (often ignoring any quick questions or requests) and bar waitress slammed a glass of water in front of elderly gentleman while asking her kindly for a glass of water 3 separate times! Replied with “I heard you!” How appalling! Argued with my husband when asked to see a menu and told him he should “go find a table” instead as we patiently waited with our two young daughters for a quick bite before our flight. Absolutely disgusting and ZERO professionalism towards customers! Clearly they hate their job (especially your bar waitress!) and should definitely find another job since the hustle & bustle of a busy airport seems to cause too much stress for this lady and its staff! We walked out along with other guests and wouldn’t give this place a dime!

    La comida muy buena, precios masomenos asequibles, sobre todo para estar en el aeropuerto de Orlando en USA, lo malo es que es un lugar pequeño, no hay muchas mesas, nos daban tiempo de 30 minutos mínimo para asignarnos una, por lo que preferimos pasar a la barra, la cual estaba un poco incomoda medio encimados todos, había pocos meseros, y estaban rebasados en cuanto a trabajo, el servicio fuen un poco lento pero cordial, sin embargo no fué una mala experiencia. Volvería a entrar ahí si fuera necesario
