    Average honestly. Our first three sandwiches had green eggs that may have just been overdone but we weren't going to risk it with 1400 miles to travel home. I won't go here again until serious changes are made.

    The lack of coordination at the restaurant is astounding, especially when ordering an iced coffee directly through the app, and not because they refused to add whipped cream, even though it was included on the receipt. Today I ordered two iced coffees: a large caramel one, which I bought through the app for US$0.99 for my mother, and a medium sugar-free vanilla latte, which I paid for at the regular price. It turns out that after waiting quite a while for the coffees to arrive, I went to ask and looked at them. The 0.99 caramel latte didn't have whipped cream. I called the employees over, and a woman I think was the store manager, a short girl named Maria, approached me. I asked her to add whipped cream, and she added more cream. I insisted again since the receipt showed that both coffees had whipped cream, and she kept saying it wasn't listed. She finally added it, but by the time she got there, my mom had already mistakenly drunk the vanilla latte. I think if they had noticed this little detail, none of this would have happened, and these unnecessary misunderstandings could have been avoided. _________ Es insólito la descoordinacion que tiene en el restaurante, en específico cuando uno pide un iced coffee directamente desde la app y no porque se les hayan negado a echar el whipped cream, sabiendo que en el recibo estaba incluido. El día de hoy hice pedido de dos iced coffee, uno large de caramel que compre en la App por US$ 0.99 para mi madre y uno medium de vanilla latte zero sugar que pague al precio regular. Resulta y acontece que después de esperar por un buen rato para que trajeran los cafés, me acerco a preguntar y veo los cafés, pero resulta que el de caramel de 0.99 no tenía el whipped cream, llamo a los empleados y se me acerca la que creo que es la store manager qué es una muchacha de baja estatura, creo de nombre María, le pedí que me agregara el whipped cream y agrego fue mas cream, pero le insistí de nuevo ya que en la factura aparecía que ambas tenían su whipped cream e insistía que no aparecía, al final terminó de agregar, pero al llegar ya mi mamá se había tomado el vanilla latte por error. Creo que si se hubieran dado cuenta de este detallito, nada de esto hubiera ocurrido y se hubiera ahorrado estos malos entendidos innecesarios.

    This is the worst McDonalds ever I spent 60 minutes waiting for my food one of the girls working there looked like Wendy and see was the only one person passing out the food we get are food faster at a Buffalo wild wings to be serious it was so bad so go to the chick-fil-a next door please

    Used the drive thru since we were in a rush to get our food. We waited 15 minutes and no one had come to give us our 2 sandwiches. We went inside to ask since maybe it may have been misplaced or some other small mistake. When we asked about our order we were told very rudely that we had already been given our food. We explained that we weren’t given anything but the worker as well as the manger told us that they gave it to us. And when we asked for a refund we were given attitude and back talk. Don’t go to ANY McDonald’s in Vineland unless you want to waste time and have your patience tested.

    My husband and I visited this store for the first time and had trouble using the kiosk, so we went to the counter for assistance. Ronaldo took our order, and when we explained we were having issues with a coupon from the app, he told us there was nothing he could do. Instead of offering help or calling a manager, he responded sarcastically and was very unprofessional. This experience was disappointing, especially as first-time customers. I would not recommend this location.
