  This is my favorite McDonald's but damn! Rolled in with an easy mobile order And the elderly black lady informed me it was her time to go as she gave me my condiments through the drive thru and one dropped on the ground, are there not droves of young grateful people you can hire? Your near one of the biggest colleges in the country? Stop hiring these people who hate their jobs

  I would like to file a complaint regarding an employee named Patricia. She is an older woman who was wearing gray glasses, a red shirt, and a green lanyard with pins. During my visit, she was extremely rude and impatient toward both my friend and me. She directed us to the window to place our order, where she took my friend’s order but then neglected to take mine. Instead, she began assisting another customer, leaving me waiting without acknowledgment. When she eventually returned to take my order, she rushed through the process, which made the experience feel dismissive and unprofessional.

  They have really bad memories here, they have forgotten to give me sweet and sour for now a third time in a row. This time because I know it's an extremely hard task for them I asked for extra and they still forgot.

  On February 13, 2026 I placed a mobile order in the McDonald’s app for $11.07. When I arrived at the store, the employees told me the order never came through their system and asked me to place it again. I had already been charged, but since I was there I placed another order for $13.83. I also lost my 20% coupon because it was used on the first order. The store told me to contact customer service for a refund. I did, and was told it would take 5 business days. After multiple emails and phone calls (Feb 26 and March 2), I was repeatedly told the refund was “submitted,” but I still have not received it. I even suggested a simple $11.07 gift card to resolve the issue, but no one followed up. Today is March 7 and I still have no refund, no gift card, and no call back. It should not take nearly a month to resolve an $11 charge caused by a system issue. Very disappointing customer service.
