If you are looking for great customer service , friendly employees and professionalism of any sort please do NOT go to this location. I had an awful experience with drive thru rep JENNIFER. She was extremely rude. I ordered a Oreo milkshake and her reply was “we don’t have that”. I proceeded to ask what do you have and her reply was so nasty “ ITS ON THE BOARD, you don’t see it on the board ?”. She stopped responding when I addressed her tone and told us to go to the 2nd window. I asked her to were you the person I just spoke with ? She said yes and I briefly educated her on how she could have responded better. I asked for her name and she told me with a straight face “I don’t have one”. Thankfully we were able to speak to the supervisor on duty Janelis who apologized and assisted us. I will be reaching out to cooperate: this girl needs to be trained or terminated! This is completely unacceptable. McDonalds must be so proud of you Jennifer !!!! I wish there was an option for zero stars

It's what it's called "the world's largest entertainment McDonald's." Not sure who owns this branch, but don't waste your time going there to order. Sure they have some of the original items from McDonald's 40 years ago like the pizza, but lacking customer service and sense of urgency and just enough staff to cater to the amount of customers it has. They forget some of your order items and their self order kiosks are always out of receipt paper. Not worth the wait or the hype that influencers make it seem like. A staff member was like walking around face timing someone and telling them how busy it was. I understand they might have been on their break at that time, but what happened to the days when there was a rush, all hands were on deck? Not worth a 45mins wait for 2 meals.

Just wanted a simple McFlurry. I pull up to one of the curbside spots waiting and while I'm waiting for over 20 minutes they decide to click that my order is done even though I haven't received anything. When I pull around to the drive-through the lady on the Mike gives me an attitude and tells me I should come inside to get my food. If I wanted to do that I would've clicked the option for that. When I calmly explained that I clicked curbside and you guys already processed my order to say complete even though I haven't gotten anything she then gives a long sigh and tells me to pull back to the curbside spot. After about five more minutes awaiting someone finally comes out and my ice cream is half melted. You guys couldn't even bother with giving me a new one after all that BS. Please avoid this McDonald's unless you're desperate

The pizzas were good, but that was about the only thing. We were told to wait for our pizzas 15 min, after about 25 min we wanted to look if they would take much longer. Turns out they were there ready to serve 10 mins ago. In the cartons and everything, but the workers seemed to have more interest in their private conversations than doing their job. This is unacceptable, especially for McDonalds. As someone who works in customer service too I would have a serious talk with my manager, but that doesn’t seem to be of need here. Other than that there was also a family with 2 small children who were screaming with annoying squeaky voices the whole time, and punching their fists on the table. You would think the parents would try to stop that but no, as a reaction they punched their fists on the table, this was witnessed by multiple employees, but I guess employees at McDonalds don’t have to concern themselves with these kinds of things, as they generally looked really uncoordinated, which you would think they would do better training for the biggest McDonalds in the world. This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.

I'm ra5ing this place based not on a standard McDonald's, but as what it claims to be, the world's largest McDonald's. First, it being the largest: - It has a large indoor playground that is free. It smells like body oder and I'm sure is full of germs, but it's "free". - The arcade portion is a bad joke. It's horribly over priced. Think tourist trap prices, then add a little more, and you might be in the ballpark of the cost. If you want an arcade like that you are better off at Chuck E. Cheese. Really. - It was pretty busy being a weekday lunch. It took a LONG time to get all of our food. Like 30+ minutes. - Beyond that, it's just got a little more seating, a few extra kiosks to order at, and nowhere near enough parking. The service: - All-in-all the service was pretty good. There is seating on both floors and they will find you and deliver your food. Everyone was nice, especially the guy cleaning up. Not sure what he gets paid, but give that man a raise. The food: - so we want to the world's largest, that is supposed to have food you don't typically find... we should have done more research. We thought they may have international options, or some other cool stuff to try... They had three things I don't typically see in a McDonald's: 1) A mediocre cheese steak. 2) Hershey's ice cream... the kind you can get at 90% of ice cream shops, but it's at a special McDonald's so theu charge you more for it. 3) Pasta! Our party tried a few different options. Some was a little salty, some was a lot salty. Overall, thr Alfredo seemed the best, and was the highlight of the visit... mind you it was a very low bar. So, TLDR? If you want to say you've been to the world's largest McDonald's, go in, eat, get out. Expect it to take forever. If you are just looking to eat, go anywhere else. If you are looking to entertain kids, go almost anywhere else. It's not worth the wait.
