  Ahora entiendo porque tiene tan poca calificación, pésimo servicio lo peor de Orlando en servicio, por suerte nos fascina la comida, pero q feo ir a comer asi donde hay gente con tan fea actitud

  Today April 7 at around 9:00-9:10pm we arrived to the location, a time when the lobby is open as stated in the signs with the times. We entered the lobby as someone was walking out so we had no idea they had closed the lobby since there was no sign or indication ANYWHERE that would let the customers know that the lobby was closed for today. We ordered in the kiosks inside and were just standing waiting for the orders when the workers from the kitchen appeared and very rudely started kicking us out even opening the door gesturing for us to get out and telling us to use the drive thru. We had to tell them that we had already ordered and were waiting since we had no idea anything was close and they gave us attitude. Terrible customer service since we had already been waiting for around 10 minutes but after they tried to kick us out that was when they decided to do our food. After we left we wanted to order something else and tried to go through the drive thru and no one answered. Normally this location is good but today TERRIBLE customer service.

  Employees and including managers were not professional They did not acknowledge you or say hello welcome to McDonald's or even noticed unless you bring to their attention about the food almost everyone waiting over 30 minutes after ordering and still get your food wrong or receive correct items but cold. They Really need to be retrained or have more staff to cover areas to help and assist.

  I ordered a hot honey chicken mccrispy, which is featured as an advertisment on their window. They rung up a hot and spicy mcchicken. I asked if they had rung up the hot honey mccrispy, the two teenagers at the window said 'oh yeah of course'. Went to go inside to get the order fixed. Literally no one paying attention to the counter. This location is constantly like this. Just very poor service.

  Since this location is situated near SeaWorld, I expected the same level of excellence typical of the chain—like at the Turkey Lake branch. However, I requested curbside pickup with location tracking and ended up waiting outside until I finally had to go inside—leaving the children in the car—because no one came out to deliver the order. When I entered, I found the staff chatting instead of bringing out the food. I then had to go back again because they had forgotten the drink; the trash bin was overflowing, and my chicken strips were dried out. Despite the staff's delays, however, they were polite.
