She insisted there was nothing wrong with it, which completely misses the point — what matters is the customer’s experience and concern, not her personal opinion. To make matters worse, she called me rude and displayed several other behaviors that were completely inappropriate and not consistent with how a manager should treat customers....

Did not get a receipt from the kiosk which led to multiple people getting wrong orders. Kiosk tries to scam you by asking to upcharge, but only sizes up the fries, not the drink. (False advertising if you ask me) -2 stars. Never coming back to this location. Might even stop going to McD ever again due to such a bad experience at this location.
