  I didn't like the way I was treated. I explained that I ordered from the kiosk and the paper came out completely blank. The woman told me I need to know how to order next time since she didn't know my number when the machine wasn't printing. Honestly, I'll never buy from this place again. Furthermore, I ordered it to go and asked for sauces, but they didn't add any. Once I received my order, they handed it to me rudely.

  Altho the lobby was supposed to open at 5 and I actually walked from my house for breakfast, I wasn't let in until around 520. But I'm going to give the service 5 stars based on the lady working in here was completely by herself running the drive-thru cooking and preparing the food and then taking care of me, bless her heart. This was March 17th. Give this woman a raise!!

  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the appalling treatment I received at your location. The incident that occurred was not only deeply disappointing but also completely unacceptable for a brand of your reputation. I demand that you address the blatant negligence and the unprofessional conduct displayed by your staff. When I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, I was told it had already been handed to someone else. This is a clear failure on the part of your team to verify who is picking up orders, which directly resulted in the order being stolen. What is absolutely outrageous is that when I informed the on-duty manager of this issue, I was met with hostility and threats. I was essentially told that your staff has no responsibility to ensure that a delivery driver is who they claim to be. This is an unacceptable abdication of basic responsibility and goes against any reasonable standard of customer service. Let me be clear: I am deeply angry and disappointed in how this was handled. I expect immediate action to be taken, including a thorough review of your verification processes and appropriate retraining of your staff. I also expect a direct response outlining how you intend to prevent this from happening again. I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and resolve this matter promptly.
