  Creo que es el peor servicio que he tenido en cualquier restaurante... tenemos mas de 1 hora esperando la comida y no es posible que nos entreguen... los empleados no te hablan, tampoco hay suficientes empleados solo veo 4, para una tienda enorme, solo dan atención a drive... es increible... creo que no querían trabajar en Easter... 😞

  Went through drive thru to order and the lady that took an our order could not understand what we were ordering and had us come up to the window to order. I was not rude to the lady but was aggravated that she couldn’t understand we wanted sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. So I went up to the window to order, no problem. Then they had me park to wait for my food. Whoever the lady was that brought my food out with an attitude and a dirty look on her face and said nothing and just handed me my food in disgust. I asked her what her problem was and why the dirty look she just stood there didn’t say word. I asked what her name was still no answer, she just stood there like a mute. What the heck McDonald’s, great customer service. It would be a little different if I was rude or ugly with the person that tried taking my order in drive through but I was not! I would highly recommend NEVER GOING TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!!

  After leaving an event late last night. My family and I were hungry. So I ended up going to Mc Donald's a little after midnight. I had a great experience at both windows. Making my payment and receiving my food. The young lady that handed me my food had a great attitude. She handed me everything I asked for with a smile, no attitude. I was impressed and satisfied.

  I’ve never seen a more incompetent group of people in my life like McDonald’s should really be ashamed of itself for this complete lack of efficiency and professionalism-I mean I get it it’s a McDonald’s but geez-us literally tons of people waiting for their order

  Great staff food is always prepared correct. But Atmospher ??? Always 3 to 4 homeless people either sleeping or tying up tables . Ridiculous should put a sign up NO LOITERING!!!!! Had breakfast went to the outlets across the street stopped back for dinner same homeless people still there ? Manager needs to do something about this.
