  Visited on 4/7/2026 at 10:03 pm. Paid for my food, at the second window, Was told to pull up in front of the Restaurant. Didn't receive my food until 10:34 pm 😡🤬 ... Employee's were not being professional in the restaurant ( playing, gossiping, etc....No one showed concern for customer service 🙄 Or my time . Night time becomes a circus at this location. Please ( Clean House ) And get worker's who wants to work & care about the Customer's !! Very unprofessional staff 🤨

  Terrible Service! I place a mobile order and went to pick it up. I ask for a refund because they did not have ice cream available and the answer that I got from an employee that supposedly her name is “Jay” apparently the “manager” is that I needed to get the refund through the app because they don’t give refunds. I told her that I couldn’t get the refund throughout the app because the app said that if I needed I refund I needed to contact the store. She told me that she couldn’t give me the refund that I needed to figure it out. Beware of this “restaurant”, employees are rude, and extremely lack of costumer service!

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I spent $13 on lunch just to wait over 30 minutes for my order, only for the staff to give my food away to someone else and then act like it was my fault. I wasted my entire lunch break and my hard-earned money for nothing. The employees were completely unprofessional and talked to me with zero respect — I’m not your “baby,” I’m a paying customer. How hard is it to do your job, flip a burger, and hand out the right bag? Honestly, everyone working there needs serious retraining or a new attitude. Never coming back to this location again. For serving the good goy of America.. do better yall.

  You are an Uber driver, I don't recommend picking up orders from this location. There was not a single person in the Drive-Thru in the 15 minutes that I stood inside waiting. They were all standing around doing absolutely nothing. I get that it's 3:30 in the morning. But you're supposed to be working. Nobody's doing anything. There's four people in there. Maybe three. And nobody cares. How do these people even have jobs? I left after exactly 15 minutes because even though there was nobody in the Drive-Thru it still took 15 minutes to get me absolutely nothing. I'm standing there waiting for food that I can be delivering to make money. While they're standing there making hourly money not doing a damn thing. Unbelievable.
