We'll today I was in a rush because I had an event to get to and had work just before. I order food off of the app for my family and I for drive thru. I got there and had to wait over 30 mins for my food. Then I was missing all of my sauces, 10 chicken nuggets and both of my 2 pack pies. I was already upset from the wait as I was now going to be late for my event. I checked the bag saw that all of my items were missing and looked at the line which had more then doubled since I was waiting. I didn't even notice the pies were missing till I got home and my daughter asked for them. Not only was the food more expensive in this McDonald's but they also forgot half of my stuff and since I was already late I couldn't wait in the drive thru line or go inside as they were packed too. I get it being busy and mistakes happening but for half of an order to be missing after waiting 30 mins for food that was at this point barely warm is NOT okay! Absolutely ridiculous! Get it together yall.
