  I want to report my very bad experience at this restaurant. The food was in very poor condition, cold, and tasted bad, which is already unacceptable for a place that is supposed to maintain basic quality standards. But what made the experience even worse was the condition of the restaurant itself. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked proper hygiene, which creates a terrible impression for any customer. However, the most upsetting part was the attitude of the management. The manager refused to allow me to use the restroom until I purchased something first, even after I explained that I had an urgent need to use the bathroom. This kind of behavior is very insensitive and shows a complete lack of empathy. No one should be treated that way when they simply need to use the restroom. This type of behavior makes the restaurant look very bad and seriously damages its image. Management should focus on customer service, cleanliness, and treating people with respect, not on enforcing unreasonable rules that show a lack of professionalism. I definitely do not recommend this place. The poor food quality, the lack of cleanliness, and the attitude of management make the entire experience completely negative.
