2nd time writing this. 1st one disappeared somehow. Anyway. Really bad visit to a place I choose to spend MY MONEY MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK. BREAKFAST SANDWICH WAS BORDERLINE EADIBLE, MEANING IT WAS COLD AND BREAD EDGES WERE HARDENING. ONE THING I DO NOT LIKE IS A COLD PIECE OF CHEESE ON A HOT SANDWICH. TODAY CHEESE WAS COLD ALONG WITH THE SANDWICH. SURPRISING BECAUSE I WAS THE 1ST CAR OF THE DAY. Talked myself into returning it for a fresh one because in my 37th year as a chef it usually doesn't help either side. But, food is normally good here. Well, wasn't a good experience. First, drove to drive thru, took several min to have someone answer. Told him what happened and got no response. Waited 3 to 4 min and still no answer so I drove up to the window. Gentlemen was there but was doing something with computer for another 2 to 3 min without even given me a sign that he would be right with me.WOW, RIGHT?. FINALLY OPENED THE WINDOW, TOLD HIM AGAIN AND NO RESPONSE , HE WALKED AWAY. IM THINKING, 'REALLY'. HEY MANAGER COMES TO WINDOW, ALRIGHT WERE GOING TO GET TO THE PROBLEM NOW. I MEAN, JUST 1 SANDWICH, NOT A BIG DEAL. I GET A QUESTION, WHEN DID YOU DRIVE THRU. ANSWER, UH, 2 CARS AGO? MANAGER SAYS AFTER CLICKING COMPUTER. SHOWS 10 MIN. AGO. RESPO SE. YES SOUNDS RIGHT BUT AT LEAST 6 OR 7 MIN IVE BE WAITING AFTER I TOLD YOUR STAFF, SO ACTUALLY 3 MAYBE 4 MIN. IT JUST MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS, I THINK, TRYING TO DECIEVE THEM. SO MY INITIAL 25 MIN TO GET TO WORK NOW WENT DOWN TO 6 TO 7 MIN. TO GET TO WORK. GOT MY SANDWICH AND TOLD HER THAT THE 10 MI. SHE HAD SAID(WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS TRYING TO GET AT) WAS ACTUALLY ONLY 3 MIN. HER RESPONSE WAS WHILE SHE HANDED THE SANDWICH TO ME WAS OK, WHATEVER ACCOMPANIED BY A STERN HANDOFF OF THE SANDWICH. THAT ACTION WAS REASON WHY I TALKED MYSELF INTO WRITING THIS. THAT WAS WAY OUT OF ORDER ESPESCIALLY COMING FROM THE MANAGER. SHE ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO BE PUT IN A HOSPITALITY KINDNESS CLASS. NO WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER AT ALL!!! I surely hope CORPERATE GETS TO READ THIS. I'M CERTAIN THEY DONT ALLOW THIS FROM ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES ESPESCIALLY A MANAGER. I WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE AND I AM SORRY THIS SITUATION EVEN HAPPENED
